These beautiful handmade brooches are crafted by me, a Scottish artist based in Scotland, using authentic wool tartan scraps rescued from a local kilt-making studio. 🌿

Each brooch features a genuine tartan swatch set into a handcrafted wooden base etched with thistles, creating a unique, wearable piece of Scottish heritage. I carefully seal and polish each one to ensure durability while preserving that lovely natural texture and pattern. These are a mix of well-known and lesser-used clan tartans – no two are ever quite the same.
